Felix Rovira is a physiotherapist and a sport and athletics enthusiast. He has a long career in both physiotherapy and manual therapy fields. He did his studies on Physiotherapy because he liked the health system and, soon, he found out that this career was his strength. He has spent 20 years turning his passion into his profession. Fèlix Rovira has always worked in the private sector and, by collaborating with motor, golf and football clubs, he gained access to sport-world patients, which helped him grow and specialise in this discipline.

“The fact of working closely with sports people is a challenge. They set their beat and you can’t slow down. I feel pleasingly involved in their life, health and results. When they reach success, I feel part of it! It’s more than gratifying.”

"Leaving functionality apart, the table is simply beautiful." Rovira says that it's definitely the centre of attention of his working room and patients fix their eyes on it. "Designers really hit the mark with its design!"

What are your main working tools?

“After my own hands, of course, the treatment table is the core of my practice", says Rovira.  90% of the treatments are done on a treatment table and thus, it’s an essential tool. Then, thanks to the new technologies, other therapeutic equipment and devices arrived to make life easier to physiotherapists and to complement their treatments (electrical stimulators, ultrasound devices, among other devices.)

The electrical table was a turning point, wasn't it?

“Definitely, yes. When I was at university, there were no electrical tables. The tables were fixed and their working height was a real barrier for the physiotherapist. We were even trained in posture education because this disadvantage fell on our health. This problem doesn't exist any more. The treatment table adapts easily to the physiotherapist, thanks to the adjustable heights, the choice of different widths, sections, etc.”

Why did you choose N'RUN301?

“With no doubt, it's the table that better fits my treatments. I love its robustness and stability when you place it flat. The 2-section proportions are perfect. It’s suitable for different heights of patients and there are no obstacles at the knee area. Definitely it's perfect for manual manipulations and specific massage to sports people. It’s firm, safe and comfortable. Even though I use it intensively all day long, the motors and the backrest are in the same condition as the first day I bought it!

What would you highlight of N'RUN series?

Rovira states that the peripheral switch is very important. The fact of being able to bring the table up or down from any of the 4 sides is a must. “The best of Naggura's peripheral system is that you can control it with your foot and you don't even have to look down to activate it. The way it works is very intuitive and easy-to-use.” "Another remarkable advantage is the base frame; you can correct your own posture while working by supporting yourself on the frame without colliding with the peripheral switch system", says Fèlix Rovira.
